is the Managing Director and founder of TSI and has over 20 years of social housing experience. Over several years she has focused primarily on the changes in the ownership and management of Local Authority Housing Stock. She has worked on over 60 such projects, the most recent being in 2012 when she advised on the transfer of management of the housing stock of a North West based local authority. She takes particular interest in working with Boards on Corporate Governance and Change Management and has been a board member herself on 3 housing association boards. She is also a qualified executive and life coach and has recently completed her training as a Gestalt Psychotherapist.
Director of Charity Sector Projects
is Director of Charity Sector Projects and has been with tsi for the last 5 years. He has extensive experience of managing charities at a senior level, and of steering organisations through difficult changes. John is a senior manager in a large North West based charity that works directly with isolated communities on issues such as rural housing provision. As an experienced Company Secretary he is skilled in governance change and management. He has also managed a wide range of complex community based projects. His passion is the environment and innovative ways of engaging individuals and communities
Strategic Projects Director
is Strategic Projects director and joined TSI in 2004. Khalil spent over 10 years working as a Mergers and Acquisitions specialist in the corporate sector, firstly in London and then Manchester. He has strong legal and financial skills developed through project managing complex corporate transactions involving multi-disciplinary teams. Khalil has been involved in the social housing sector as a Non Executive Director. He is on the Group Board and is Chair of Treasury at Bromford Housing Group and Equity Housing Group. He has been Director of Finance and ICT at a regional homelessness charity and is currently Chief Executive of an international medical charity, Doctors Worldwide. Khalil is also a trustee of Action for Blind People, which joined RNIB Group. He has extensive experience of being involved in mergers and acquisitions in the social enterprise, housing and charity sectors and advising boards on strategic business issues.
TSI collaborates with a range of associates and partners so has access to specialist skills and experience. We also work closely with legal and financial advisors from recommended practices.
