Over the years TSI has been involved in over 60 stock transfers and has supported many of them to develop and deliver change plans. A number of projects involved organising pre-transfer “gatherings” or conferences for staff groups to both inform and involve them in creating the new organisation. The events were based around dynamic workshops and teambuilding and produced invaluable contributions to the new association’s vision, values and future strategy.

A group of volunteers then formed the “ChangeTeam” which was initially facilitated and coached by TSI. The result was a structured Change Programme that addressed the technical and cultural aspects of turning a local authority housing department into a modern and effective housing association.
